1.1.On September 20, 2024, BASR held the unveiling ceremony of the official launch of the salt spray corrosion laboratory of the second phase of the central laboratory.
The unveiling ceremony of the salt spray corrosion laboratory of BASR invited many distinguished guests, and the company's salt spray laboratory was highly praised by experts from BBAC laboratory and product managers of Kohler. Receiving congratulations from partners, BASR is looking forward to closer cooperation. Mrs.Yang Zhiping, director of the laboratory, said at the unveiling ceremony that the laboratory of BASR Center will complete CNAS certification in 2025 and CMA certification in 2027. The central laboratory will consistently adhere to the tenet of "A stitch in time saves nine, devil is in the details", and provide efficient and high-quality quality solutions for all partners. Mr. Guan Baodong, General Manager of BASR, Mr. Song Weiwei, expert from BBAC Laboratory, Mr. Yu Shunbing, General Manager of tkSE, and Mr.Li Zhiwei, General Manager of Benxi Steel Plate Sales Center, jointly unveiled the salt spray laboratory of BASR in the warm applause of everyone, marking the official start of operation of the salt spray corrosion laboratory.
2.School-enterprise cooperation
2.1. On September 20, 2024, the renewal ceremony of the second scholarship program between BASR and Beijing Wuzi University Logistics School of was held at our airport base. The two parties involved in the signing ceremony are Dean Mr. Jiang Xu and his team from Beijing Wuzi University Logistics School, and the middle and senior management of BASR, the chairman of the trade union, the secretary of the party branch and the backbone of various departments.
At the signing ceremony, Dean Mr. Jiang Xu spoke highly of the achievements of BASR, and appreciate Mr. Guan for his support to the college, and said that the students were very happy with the support of BASR and looked forward to deepening cooperation in the future. 2.2. On September 13, three employees of our company, Mr. Gao Chuncheng, Mrs. Guan Yunjia and Mr. Xiao Wei, participated in the 2024 International Academic Exchange Conference on Logistics High-quality Development. This conference, with the theme of "deepening industrial and educational integration and lowering logistics costs," will discuss the new trends in logistics education and industry development, explore new paths for the construction of logistics circulation systems in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, research new approaches for building a unified national market, and shoulder new tasks for the construction of a trade powerhouse. By participating in such academic exchanges, we not only improved our awareness, but also pointed out the direction of our company's development plan.
3.Safety management
3.1. In order to ensure safety during the festival, the company has developed a duty and standby plan for middle leaders and above. At the same time, before the holiday, the company organized a comprehensive safety inspection of the airport base, Jinan and Beijing.
4.Management improvement
4.1. In order to improve work efficiency and further strengthen safety and security, all 7 overhead crane equipment in 7 cross-docks of the airport base have been upgraded with professional clamp devices and electronic crane scales, which has further improved the level of automation and systematic management.
4.2. In order to improve the environment of the base duty room, the company has carried out a comprehensive transformation and upgrading of the base duty room. The renovation not only focuses on the improvement of hardware facilities, but also focuses on strengthening hygiene management, and through these transformations and upgrades, it creates a more warm and comfortable duty environment for employees.
5.Activities
5.1.On Friday, September 20, 2024, BASR held a unique beer festival, where 160 guests and employees gathered together to spend an unforgettable happy time.
General Manager Guan Baodong opened the prelude to the beer feast with the "bottle opener" that symbolizes the opening of peace and happiness.
