1.Business communication and work guidance
1.1. On February 2nd, quality, materials and laboratory management leaders of Tianjin ENGLEY came to our Tianjin base for visit and communication, and we warmly welcome the guests and gave a detailed introduction to our warehouse and laboratory management. At the same time, the two sides conducted in-depth communication and discussion on how to ensure product quality and supply. This successful communication has been highly recognized by Tianjin ENGLEY, which not only enhances mutual understanding, but also lays a solid foundation for further cooperation.
2.Management improvement and safety assurance
2.1. On February 6th, the company’s middle and high-level management team held an annual debriefing conference. The managers objectively summarized the work, showed the highlights, analyzed the problems, and made a reasonable plan for the work in 2024. Mr. Guan and other managers put forward objective comments and valuable suggestions for the growth of middle-level management team.
Subsequently, Yang Zhiping, deputy general manager of the company, made a concise summary of the work of all business divisions and management departments in 2023, and put forward clear requirements for the future development direction of each department.
Finally, Mr. Guan made a comprehensive summary, and emphasized the importance of continue development. Managers need to continuously learn, persevere, and improve their leadership; Mr. Guan hopes that everyone can be tolerant, kind, loyal and honest, and do things in a down-to-earth manner. Mr. Guan has high hopes for the management team of BASR, believing that everyone is the pillar of the company and carry the important responsibility of the company's development.
2.2. In order to ensure the safety of production, the company organized a safety inspection in Beijing, Tianjin and Jinan before the spring festival. Through meticulous investigation and rectification, the implementation of various safety measures has been ensured, providing a strong guarantee for all employees to celebrate a peaceful Spring Festival.
2.3. On February 20th, the internal audit of the company's quality system was officially launched. The purpose of this internal audit is to comprehensively check the work process, system implementation and performance achievement of each department to ensure that the company's work is standardized, efficient and orderly.

4.Company activities and cultural development
4.1. On February 4th, the company successfully held a warm and peaceful Spring Festival party. During the event, everyone reviewed the achievements and inadequacy of the past year and looked forward to the bright prospects of the company's future. In particular, the wonderful discussions of the three research groups on our future development direction, our role and how we can improve our on-site service fully demonstrated the vitality and hard-working spirit of the company's employees.
Mr. Guan made a comprehensive summary of the company's work in 2023 from market development, project construction, management improvement, cultural construction, and current business environment, made a clear plan for the company's development in 2024 and the future, and thoroughly explained the main reasons for the company's first decline of operating performance. He emphasized that as long as all employees work together with one heart and one mind, as long as we believe, miracles will be realized, and conquer the market changes and downturns in the post-epidemic era.
