1.1.On November 1 and November 16, 2023, leaders from different departments of Shanghai Anyue Materials visited our Tianjin Airport Base for guidance. 2.1.On November 7, 2023, the company's leaders led the operation team of the business department 1 to visit in ThyssenKrupp (tkSE) in Germany and had friendly exchanges.
The two sides reviewed the years of cooperation, and overcame many difficulties and challenges through close cooperation and joint efforts, and achieved a win-win situation. tkSE highly appreciates the quality of the service we provide. 2.2.From November 14th to 15th, our company and the School of Logistics of Beijing Wuzi University carried out discussions and exchanges on three topics: logistics management improvement, technical quality management, and supply chain operation management improvement. 3.Social responsibility
3.1.In order to carry forward the traditional virtues of respecting and loving the elderly, and uphold the concept of our company actively repaying the society and investing in public welfare activities while developing the enterprise, on November 17, the company arranged for employees to come to Shijingshan Nursing Home again on behalf of the company to carry out condolence activities. The reception staff of the hospital said that they are very grateful to our company for their care over the years, and they also wish us better development.
4.Management improvement
4.1. On November 9, 2023, the airport base ushered in the first "Fire Day study and Practical Drill" activity, all activities were planned, formulated, organized, explained, on-site guidance and drills by the airport base project team. This is a new milestone for the airport base to carry out the promotion of fire safety awareness and safety practical skills, through this activity, all employees of the base have further improved their fire safety awareness, exercised their emergency escape ability and the use of fire-fighting equipment, and realized the role of escorting the sustainable safety production of the enterprise.
4.2. On November 20, the company's human resources organization held a kick-off meeting on three topics: "the future development direction of the company", "what is our role", and "how to improve the work skills of on-site personnel".
