2.Company Activity
2.1、On April 23, 2023, a walking activity with the theme of "Fitness, Happiness, and Steady Progress" was held in Beijing Olympic Forest Park and Tianjin logistics Base. Carry out all-round investigations on canteens, laboratories, construction sites, network computer rooms, power distribution rooms, strong (weak) power rooms, offices, staff dormitories, etc., in key parts of potential safety hazards, so as to escort sustainable and stable safe production.

4.Management improvement
4.1、The external auditor successfully completed the five-day audit of the Beijing headquarters and Tianjin Airport Base, and the company successfully passed the ISO9001 quality system audit of Huaxin (Beijing) Certification Center Co., Ltd. The teacher fully affirmed the construction of our quality system, and gave ratings and explanations to each department in the process of quality system certification, and also put forward some problems in quality system management: ? Collection and analysis of external documents/specifications; ? Admission evaluation of suppliers designated by customers; In response to the problem, the company's project system team immediately made a detailed improvement plan and implemented it to departments and individuals, and the company strives to deliver a perfect answer sheet in the system audit in 2024.
4.2、On April 23, 2023, the company invited the lawyer team of Beijing ZhongYin Law Firm, a long-term partner, to conduct legal knowledge improvement training for employees. In view of the problems existing in the contracts and agreements in the company's actual business, the lawyer puts forward the relevant legal risks, and emphasizes that the employee or the project leader should be clear about every aspect of the business transaction, the content of the work he does or the critical point of the legal risk in the position, predict the possible risks based on experience, give early warnings, take measures in time, report in a timely manner, and do a good job in retaining evidence (such as paper materials, emails, WeChat messages, etc.).
