It was full of challenge in January 2022 during which once again proved that our team is a united team that can fight tough battles.
1.On January 7, 2022, the Omicron virus attacked Tianjin. In order to eliminate the hidden danger of the virus, all districts in Tianjin take turns to carry out static nucleic acid screening, and the normal operation of our airport base has encountered great challenges. Facing challenges:
1.1. Manager Gao Chuncheng integrated all the information on epidemic control in Tianjin and Beijing at earliest time, formulating an effective emergency plan with available resources to win valuable time for ensuring the supply of BBAC. Manager Wang Hongling, Guan Xing and Qu Hongyan of logistics department were fearless of difficulties, insisting living in Tianjin base until Spring Festival to avoid quarantine risks from families where there was kids in.
1.2. The project team have once again withstood the test in the face of the crisis. When all employees in Wuqing were quarantined, they gave up their weekends and quickly returned to airport base from Langfang to shoulder the responsibilities of the employees of the logistics department. In order to avoid the risk of being isolated by the community and ensure the normal delivery of BBAC, they stayed in hotels to protect their effective available resources. They united and overcame the difficulties by the epidemic control with practical actions, repaid the love given by company.
1.3. Facing the crisis, our partners have also given great support. Jie'an Xingtai, the transportation company,in particular,actively responded to our emergency plan, overcame all difficulties, did their utmost to complete the transportation task of BBAC under the condition of strictly abiding by the epidemic control.
It is such excellent employees, excellent teams and excellent partners that converge into a positive energy that makes our company -BASR- more valuable!
2.On January 29, the company's management conducted the 2021 work report,2022 business plan and company's strategy seminar at the headquarters.
2.1.L3 and above managers summarized their work in 2021, analyzed their own problems, and put forward goals for their work in 2022. Other participators made speeches respectively to express their gratitude to the company and their determination to work hard.
2.2.General Manager Mr. Guan commented on each speaker in which not only fully affirmed their work in 2021, but also put forward different and higher requirements separately. Each one is grateful for the affirmation given by Mr. Guan,while feeling pressure and driving force for progress for the higher requirements put forward by Mr. Guan.It is this pressure and motivation for our continuous growth.
